  1. 1/2 red onion , finely sliced

  2. 1/2 lemon , juiced

  3. 1 tbsp capers , drained

  4. olive oil

  5. 150g orecchiette pasta (or another shape, such as farfalle)

  6. 200g tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked

  7. 50g bag rocket

  1. Put the onion, lemon juice, capers and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Toss and season well.

  2. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. Drain and toss with the onion and lemon mixture. add the tuna and rocket then toss again.
