  1. 3 c AM Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

  2. 2 ts Non-alum baking powder

  3. 1 ts Sea salt

  4. 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice (or less)

  5. 1 c Buttermilk

  6. 1 c Canned pumpkin

  7. 1/4 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil

  8. 2/3 c Raw honey

  9. 2 Eggs; beaten

  10. 24 well-greased muffin tins

  11. 2/3 full and bake at

  12. 400 F. for 20 minutes. Cool
