  1. 1 C Flour

  2. 1/4 C Sugar

  3. 1 Egg

  4. 1 1/2 esp Baking Powder

  5. 1/4 tsp Salt

  6. 3/4to

  7. 1 C milk

  8. Dash of Vanilla

  1. Mix drys first. Then mix wets. Combine wets to drys. Becareful! Do NOT over mix! Just as soon as everything is combined STOP. Lumps are ok. They will cook out. Lightly butter a skillet and pour in enough batter to cover the bottom of the skillet. Once firm enough turn over and fuinish cooking on the other side.
