  1. 6 Chicken Breasts Boneless & Skinless

  2. 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice

  3. 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice

  4. 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  5. Salt & Pepper , to taste

  6. Berry Sauce

  7. 1 cup Blueberry Pie Filling

  8. 1 cup Fresh Strawberries , rinsed and drained

  9. 1/4 cup Raspberry Seedless Jam

  10. 1/4 cup Raspberry Flavor Liqueur

  11. 1/4 cup Sugar

  12. 1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch

  1. Wipe grill with vegetable oil and heat to medium high.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime and orange juices to make a glaze. Set aside.

  3. Chop strawberries, put in blender and liquefy. Put strawberries, blueberry pie filling, raspberry jam, raspberry liqueur and cornstarch in a medium, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. (Sauce will thicken when removed from heat)

  4. Meanwhile, grill chicken. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Brush each piece with glaze on each side.

  5. Grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from grill.

  6. When serving, spoon some of the berry sauce on plate, place chicken on the sauce and pour about 1/4 of a cup over center of chicken.
