  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Prawn

  2. 2 Bell pepper

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red chili powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Turmeric powder Salt to taste

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cooking oil

  6. 8 oz 227g Cherry tomatoes

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Jumbo prawns marinated in a special blend of spices and grilled to perfection - a all-time favorite snack.

  2. Clean and de-vein the prawns.

  3. Marinate in a mixture of salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and one tablespoon of oil. Keep aside for 1 hour.

  4. Cut the bell peppers into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.

  5. Cut tomatoes into quarters (or use small cherry tomatoes).

  6. Stick the prawns, capsicum and tomatoes alternatively onto skewers.

  7. Grill turning occasionally till well done.

  8. Remove from skewer and serve hot.
