  2. BLUEBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE

  7. FOR THE CRUST

  8. 1 c Hazelnuts -- Roasted/Ground

  9. 1/2 c Brown Sugar

  10. 4 tb Butter -- Melted

  11. FOR THE FILLING

  12. 4 oz White Chocolate -- finely

  13. Grated 8 oz Cream Cheese -- softened

  14. 1/4 c Sour Cream

  15. FOR THE TOPPING

  16. 2 c Blueberries

  17. 1/4 c Sugar

  18. FOR GARNISH

  19. Zest of One Lemon

  20. White Chocolate Shavings

  21. Line bottom of a 9-inch tart pan with parchment paper.

  22. Mix crust ingredients

  23. and press into pan bottom and slightly up the sides.

  24. Chill.

  25. Melt white chocolate in double boiler over hot but not

  26. boiling water. Stir constantly. In a separate bowl,

  27. whip cream cheese for 3 minutes. Add the melted white

  28. chocolate; beat for another minute. Add sour cream;

  29. beat until

  30. very smooth. Using a star tip and pastry bag, pipe

  31. filling to the crust in concentric circles, starting

  32. in the center. Fill entire crust; chill until firm.

  33. For the topping: Rinse fresh blueberries and toss

  34. with the 1/4 cup sugar. Heap the blueberries on top of

  35. the filling. Garnish with lemon zest and white

  36. chocolate shavings.
