  1. Quarter of a ciabatta loaf

  2. 34tbsp fresh salsa dip

  3. 75g mozzarella, drained and chopped

  4. 2tbsp sliced pitted olives

  5. 2tsp capers, drained and rinsed

  6. A drizzle of olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C, 400°F, gas mark 6). Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally then place cut side up on a baking sheet.

  2. Spoon over the salsa, then scatter over the cheese, olives and capers. Drizzle over the oil.

  3. Bake in the hot oven for 8-10 mins or until the cheese is melted and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
