  7. 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar

  8. 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

  9. 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

  10. 2/3 Cup Sugar

  11. Dash Salt

  12. 3 Cups Milk

  13. 3 Eggs -- Separated

  14. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  15. 1/2 Cup Sugar

  16. 1/4 Teaspoon Cream Of Tartar

  17. 9 Inch Gra Ham Cracker Or Baked Pie Shell

  18. Mix confectioners sugar and peanut butter until crumbly and set aside. Put

  19. cornstarch ,2/3 cup sugar, salt and milk in double boiler and cook until

  20. mixture thickens. Add small amount of hot mixture to slightly beaten egg

  21. yolks, then add egg mixture to sauce and add vanilla. Cook until thick again.

  22. Place half of peanut butter mixture in bottom of a 9 pie crust. Pour

  23. fillilng over this. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar and cream of tartar.

  24. Spread over fillling and top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Bake at
