  1. 100 g hot smoked salmon

  2. 2 cups unsweetened natural yoghurt

  3. 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

  4. 2 tablespoons fresh dill , chopped

  1. Remove skin from salmon and break flesh into chunks.

  2. Mix salmon, yoghurt, mustard and chopped dill together in a saucepan.

  3. Bring almost to the boil.

  4. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
