  1. 1 pound macaroni noodles

  2. 1 can evaporated milk

  3. 1/2 stick butter , cut in pieces

  4. 4 cups Cheddar cheese , shredded

  5. 3 egg s

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 teaspoon white pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil noodles according to directions on package.

  2. Drain noodles, rinse with cold water in colander; set aside. Blend the three eggs with evaporated milk using a fork. Place noodles in a 13x9 baking dish. Pour milk and egg mixture over noodles, stirring constantly. Mixing in Cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle top with butter.

  3. Bake in oven uncovered for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve.
