  6. 2 c Quaker Oat Bran Cereal

  7. 1/4 c Firmly packed Brown Sugar

  8. 2 ts Baking Powder

  9. 1/2 ts Salt

  10. 1 c Skim or 2% lowfat Milk

  11. 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten

  12. 1/4 c Honey or Molasses

  13. 2 tb Vegetable Oil

  14. 425 degrees. Line

  15. 12 medium muffin cups

  16. with paper baking cups or spray bottoms only with

  17. vegetable oil cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients.

  18. Add milk, egg whites, honey and oil; mix just until

  19. dry ingredients are moistened. Fill prepared muffin

  20. 15 to 17 minutes or until

  21. golden brown. 1 dozen

  22. VARIATIONS: Add to batter any one of the following:

  23. 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup

  24. chopped nuts

  25. 1/2 cup mashed banana

  26. medium) and 1/4 cup chopped nuts

  27. Blueberry Muffins -1/2 cup fresh or frozen

  29. 1/2 cup chopped apple

  33. freezer up to 3 months. To reheat frozen muffins in
