  1. 2 Tbs. butter or margarine

  2. 2 large sliced onions

  3. 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms

  4. 1/2 cup diced celery

  5. 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers

  6. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  7. 1 lb. ground beef

  8. 16 oz. can tomato sauce

  9. 1 tsp. salt

  10. 1 tsp. black pepper

  11. 8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni

  12. 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium-high heat. Add onions, mushrooms, celery, green pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring, until vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes. Add beef and cook until it loses its pink color. Stir in cooked macaroni, then cheese. Spoon into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
