Raisin-Spice Snack Cake

  1. 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix

  2. 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix

  3. 4 eggs

  4. 3/4 cup water

  5. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  6. 1/4 cup honey

  7. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  8. 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  10. 1/2 cup raisins

  11. 3/4 cup chopped pecans

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. ');
