  1. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  2. Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  3. 1/2 cup sour cream

  4. 1 cup half-and-half

  5. 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled thoroughly. Pour into an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve with sweetened berries or dessert sauce.
