  1. 2 cups cooked long-grain converted rice

  2. 3 cups peeled and grated carrots

  3. 2 cups grated sharp process cheese

  4. 1/2 cup milk

  5. 2 eggs -- beaten

  6. 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preparation : In bowl, combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Double recipe for 5-quart Crock-Pot
