  1. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Shortening

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Shortening

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Water

  6. 1 Small instant pudding

  7. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  8. 8 oz 227g Sour cream

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine flour and salt. Add shortening and mix until mixture resembles cornmeal. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons water so mix forms small pea shaped balls. Roll to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Place in pie plate and poke holes in bottom with a fork. Bake at 425F until golden brown. Filling: mix pudding mix, sour cream, and milk at slow speed for 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell.
