  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Cubed stew beef

  2. 2 Onions - quartered

  3. 1 Tomato sauce - (small)

  4. 5 Carrots - cut in chunks

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tapioca

  6. 1 Potato

  1. Mix all ingredients, except potatoes , and place in casserole. Cover top with raw potatoes. Cover and bake at 250F for 4 hrs.
