1 package chocolate cake mix (or any favor) 1 (8 oz) cream cheese 1/3 cup sugar 1 egg Dash of salt 1 (6 oz) package coconut

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Fill paper bake cups ⅔ full. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg & dash of salt & blend in coconut. Drop one rounded teaspoon cream cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directs.
