  5. 1 pk Yellow cake mix

  6. 1 pk Instant chocolate pudding

  7. 2 ts Cinnamon

  8. 2 ts Instant coffee

  9. 4 Eggs

  10. Milk chocolate frosting:

  11. 1/2 pk Milk chocolate frost mix

  12. 2 tb Water; hot

  13. 2 tb Butter; softened

  14. 1 tb Brandy

  15. 1 tb Orange flavor liqueur

  16. 1/4 ts Almond extract

  17. 2 tb Powdered sugar

  18. 3/4 c Water

  19. 3/4 c Oil

  20. 1/4 c Vodka

  21. 1/4 c Tia maria or cream de cacao

  22. Combine all ingredients, blend for 1 minutes with mixer at

  23. low speed; beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

  24. Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350

  25. for 45 minutes. Cool at least

  26. 10 in pan; turn out to cool. Ice

  27. with the milk chocolate frosting.

  28. Frosting: Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl,

  29. 1 minute at low speed, beat for 1 minute at high

  30. speed. Stir in a few more drops of water until mixture

  31. reaches desired spreading consistency. --
