  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded provolone cheese

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Spaghetti sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Italian seasoning - crushed

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  7. 1 Egg - slightly beaten

  8. 1 cup 237ml Spaghetti sauce Pretzel sticks - if desired

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup spaghetti sauce and the pretzel sticks.

  2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2X10 1/2 X 1 inch.

  3. Bake about 12 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center and juice is clear; drain well.

  4. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot. To serve, spear meatballs with pretzel sticks and dip into spaghetti sauce. Makes about 40 meatballs.
