  1. 1/3 cup Butter

  2. cup Sugar

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

  5. teaspoon Vanilla

  6. cup Flour

  7. 4 tablespoons Cornstarch

  8. teaspoon Baking powder

  9. 1 cup Coconut

  10. 6 Vanilla Wafers; crushed

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add the well-beaten eggs, cream and vanilla. Sift the dry ingredients, and add to the first mixture. Add the coconut and wafers. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven until brown on top.
