  1. 8 Fat-free cream cheese - softened

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Apple butter

  3. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Peanuts - chopped

  6. 1 With apples, peeled, cored & sliced

  1. Place all ingredients except peanuts in Batter Bowl. Mix until smooth using Bamboo Spoon. Stir in chopped peanuts. Chill. Just before serving, slice apples using the Apple peeler/Corer/Slicer. Arrange apples around dip and serve.

  2. Variation: Substitute 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained for the apple butter.
