  1. 1 (3-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces

  2. 1 tablespoon seasoned salt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  4. 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  5. 4 tablespoons of butter

  6. 1 tablespoon tarragon

  7. 1 onion, thinly sliced

  8. 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

  1. Season chicken with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Sprinkle tarragon over chicken. Add onions and mushrooms, cover and let simmer until tender, about 25 minutes.
