  1. Dough

  2. Flour 3 Cup (16 tbs)

  3. Lukewarm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  4. Vegetable oil 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

  5. Salt 1 Teaspoon

  1. Directions Mix ingredients into a dough and knead well.

  2. Let sit at room temperature 1/2 hr.

  3. Cut into 4 oz. (120 g) balls.

  4. Roll out on a floured board and use on the Perogy Maker according to the directions. (Make sure you flour the Perogy Maker first to prevent the dough from sticking.)
