  2. 1/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined

  3. 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

  4. 2 flour tortillas (8 inch)

  5. 2 KRAFT Pepper Jack Cheese Slices with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

  6. 1/4 cup fresh salsa

  7. 1/2 avocado , sliced

  1. HEAT panini grill.

  2. HEAT oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

  3. TOP 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, shrimp, salsa and avocados; cover with remaining cheese slice and tortilla.

  4. GRILL 4 min. or until golden brown. Cut into wedges.
