  1. Chicken and Spaghetti

  2. 8 ounces tomato sauce

  3. 4 small chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned

  4. 6 ounces tomato paste

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  7. 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed

  8. hot cooked spaghetti

  9. 1 teaspoon sugar

  10. grated Parmesan cheese

  11. 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

  12. In skillet, brown the chicken in hot oil, drain. Sprinkle generously

  13. with salt and pepper. Transfer to crockpot. For sauce, combine

  14. tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, garlic, oregano and sugar. Pour

  15. sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to

  16. 9 hours. Remove chicken and keep warm. Turn cooker to high heat

  17. setting, stir mozzarella cheese into sauce. Cook uncovered, till

  18. cheese melts and sauce is heated through. Serve chicken and sauce

  19. over hot cooked spaghetti. Pass Parmesan.
