  5. 1 Raisin Rice Pilaf

  6. Carrot Curls & Strips Celery Leaves (Opt) --RICE PILAF-- 1/4 c Raisins

  7. 1/2 c Brandy

  8. 1 1/3 c Cooked Wild Rice

  9. 1 1/3 c Diced Carrots

  10. 2/3 c Diced Celery

  11. 1 ts Cinnamon

  12. 350 Degrees For 1 Hour OR Until Juices Run Clear, Basting Every

  13. 15 Min.

  14. Serve With Rasin-Rice Pilaf. Garnish With Carrot Curls & Strips &
