  1. 2 c All purpose flour

  2. 1 1/2 ts Dry yeast

  3. 1/4 ts Salt

  4. 1/2 c Water

  1. Combine ingredients to form a dough.

  2. Let rise until doubled, for about 1 hour.

  3. Punch dough down and divide it into 10 parts.

  4. Roll each into a thin circle.

  5. Brush one side with water.

  6. Spray griddle with noncaloric spray.

  7. Put circles on hot griddle, watered side up.

  8. Bake until half done--lightly browned, about three minutes.

  9. Transfer to cookie sheet.

  10. Bake in 400 degree oven until done (about 5 to 10 minutes) or use broiler for about 1 minute to finish cooking.
