    3. 1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk

    4. 3 tablespoons sugar

    5. 1 tablespoon butter buds

    6. 1 teaspoon salt

    7. 2 eggs -- or 1/2 c egg beaters

    8. 2 tablespoons butter -- or margarine

    9. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    10. 1/2 cup very warm water --

    11. 1 tb 1/2 cup dec-a-cake sequins*
