  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Shrimp - peeled, deveined

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  3. 1 Egg - beaten

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz All-purpose flour

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  6. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Seasoned salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Oil - for deep frying

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup oil and egg; beat well. Add remaining ingredients except oil for frying and stir until well blended. Dip shrimp into batter to coat. Drop shrimp into hot oil and fry for 30 to 60 seconds or until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towel. This recipe yields 6 servings.
