  1. 1 Butterhead lettuce (small)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Arugula

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sized head radicchio (medium)

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Balsamic vinegar

  6. 1 Shallot - minced

  1. In a salad bowl, tear lettuce and arugula into bite sized pieces.

  2. Tear radicchio into slightly larger pieces.

  3. In a saucepan, heat oil and vinegar and shallot. Pour hot dressing over greens and toss.
