  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Prepared hot mustard

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid.

  2. Shake the jar vigorously to combine ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Keep refrigerated and covered to use within a few weeks.

  4. Shake before using
