  6. 6 c Toasted bread cubes

  7. 1 c Raisins

  8. 1 lb Pork sausage

  9. 2 c Chopped celery

  10. 1 c Chopped onion

  11. 1/4 c Brown sugar, packed

  12. 1 t Grated lemon peel

  13. 2 ts Salt

  14. Combine bread and raisins in large bowl. Brown sausage

  15. in skillet, stirring to keep crumbly. Pour off most of

  16. fat. Add celery and onion and cook until tender. Add

  17. brown sugar, lemon peel and salt. Pour over bread

  18. mixture and mix lightly. Makes enough for a 12-pound
