  1. 3 medium bananas (about 1 lb.)

  2. 2 mangoes

  3. 1/4 cup apple juice or 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  4. 1 tablespoon honey

  5. 1 cup ice cube

  1. Chill the bananas and mangoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. Peel and slice bananas and mangoes; place in a blender container.

  3. Add apple juice or coconut milk and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.

  4. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings. ?
