  6. 1 lb Ground beef

  7. 1 tb Chili powder

  8. 1 cl Garlic, minced

  9. 1/2 ts Salt

  10. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  11. 3 c Prepared white sauce

  12. 1/2 ts Ground sage

  13. 1/2 ts Oregano

  14. 1/2 ts Ground cumin

  15. 2 tb Chopped mild green chiles

  16. 2 c Grated cheddar cheese

  17. 2 Tomatoes, chopped

  18. 12 White flour tortillas

  19. 1/2 Head iceberg lettuce, shred

  21. Brown ground beef and drain. Add chili powder, garlic, salt and onion.

  22. Combine white sauce (thick is good - typist's note), sage, oregano, cumin,

  23. 1 cup sauce and cup grated cheese. Mix remaining sauce and cheese with meat, lettuce and tomatoes. Place this mixture in the tortillas, roll and place seam side

  24. down in a flat ungreased baking sheet. Top with reserved sauce and cheese.

  25. 350F for 15 minutes.
