  3. 1 Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped red bell pepper

  5. 2 cups 474ml Skim milk

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese

  9. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Soft bread crumbs

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Margarine - melted

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with vegetable cooking spray. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In casserole, combine macaroni, broccoli, Spam, and red pepper. In small saucepan, stir together milk, cornstarch, and pepper until cornstarch is dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir sauce into Spam mixture. Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. This recipe yields ?? servings.
