  1. 1 ripe banana (works best if it's very ripe)

  2. 1 cup frozen blueberries

  3. 1/4 cup orange juice

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and cover.

  2. Blend on low for a few seconds (about 5), then increase to high for 10-15 seconds. Make sure that the blueberries are all blended in!

  3. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dessert. Add a dollop of whip cream if you like!
