  1. 2 (15 ounce) cans fruit cocktail

  2. cup granulated sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  4. teaspoon salt

  5. cup water

  6. 1 (3 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed

  7. cup pecans , coarsly chopped

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup.

  2. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch & salt.

  3. Blend in water, then add syrup & juice concentrate.

  4. Cook & stir until mixture thickens & boils.

  5. Add fruit, then chill.

  6. Stir in pecans before serving over ice cream.
