  2. 8 (3 ounces each) rib lamb chops , trimmed 1 clove(s) garlic , cut in half 1 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil or canola oil

  3. 1/4 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

  4. Freshly ground pepper , to taste

  1. Prepare Fresh Mint Chutney .

  2. Heat gas grill. Rub lamb chops with garlic, then brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chops until cooked to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve with Fresh Mint Chutney.
