  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 cup chopped onion

  3. 3/4 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)

  4. 1 package taco seasoning

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

  7. 1 (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained

  8. 1 (8 1/2-ounce) package corn muffin mix

  9. 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

  10. 1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C). Cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. Stir in salsa, seasoning mix and water. Cook over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in corn and olives. Spoon into 8-inch-square baking dish. Prepare batter for corn muffin mix according to package directions. Stir in cheese and chiles. Spread over meat mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
