  1. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Beef brisket drippings

  2. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Ketchup

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  5. 2 Lemons - juiced

  6. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - minced

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tabasco sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients. Simmer 35-40 minutes.

  3. I usually cut the fat from a 1/4 cup to 1/8. It always brings raves.
