  1. 1 29 ounce can pumpkin puree

  2. 1/2 cup applesauce

  3. 3/4 cup white sugar

  4. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (more to taste)

  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (more to taste)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium Cook 15-20 min or until it thickens When all the flavors meld and it thickens a bit it tends to be a little shiney when spread with back of a spoon in the pan.

  2. I pour into a QUART jar and let it cool, then place in fridge
