  2. PEACH CRUMB PIE

  6. 3 tb All purpose flour

  7. 1/3 c Sugar

  8. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  9. 3 c Peaches, peeled and sliced

  10. 1 Pie crust shell

  11. Topping

  12. 1/2 c Brown sugar

  13. 1/3 c All purpose flour

  14. 1/3 c Rolled oats

  15. 2 tb Butter, softened

  16. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine

  17. flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour

  18. mixture into pie crust. For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar,

  19. flour and rolled oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over

  20. pie. Bake on preheated baking sheet for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
