  3. 1 3/4 cups tomatoes

  4. 2 teaspoons sugar

  5. 4 tablespoons butter

  6. 1 slice onion

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Instructions Simmer tomatoes and sugar five minutes; fry butter and onion three minutes; remove onion, and add tomatoes, seasonings, and eggs slightly beaten.

  2. Cook same as Scrambled Eggs.

  3. Serve with entire wheat bread or brown bread toast.
