  1. 1 Macaroni and cheese - prepared as directed

  2. 1 Onion - chopped (small)

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  4. 1 Cream of mushroom soup

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  1. Recipe Instructions Brown beef and onion. Prepare macaroni and cheese. Add soup and milk to beef. Mix and warm. Combine both mixtures and stir or layer alternating soup mixture and macaroni. NOTES: This is a hit with kids and adults. It's a great dish to take to a buffet. I use 2 Tablespoons of minced dried onion if I don't feel like chopping onion.
