  1. 1 sugar cube

  2. 1 dash bitters (such as Angostura®)

  3. 5 fluid ounces Champagne

  1. Place the sugar cube into a Champagne flute, and drop the bitters onto the sugar. Fill the flute with Champagne, and serve. Do not stir.
