  2. (if using water; add

  3. 1 tablespoon Bragg's aminos or soy)

  4. 2 cups Bulgar wheat

  5. 1 Head celery; sliced

  6. 1 large Onion; sliced

  1. Bring water to boil, add veggies, simmer 5 minutes add bulgar wheat, bring back to boil, cover and simmer 25 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5 mor more minutes.

  2. Use as a side dish, alternative to rice.

  3. Or add more veggies, such as mushrooms, peas, green beans, etc for a one pot supper.
