  1. for Trout (brook) With Rhubarb

  2. 4 brook trout

  3. 4 cups rhubarb, strung or peeled, cut in pieces

  4. 4 tablespoons butter

  5. Seasonings to taste

  1. Boil the rhubarb for 1 minute in salted water.

  2. Drain off water.

  3. Put all other ingredients in a buttered baking pan.

  4. Cover with the rhubarb.

  5. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.

  6. Then serve.
