  5. 1 tb Chopped cilantro leaves

  6. 1/2c Monterey Jack cheese; -crumbled

  7. 3/4c Lettuce; shredded

  8. 4 Hamburger buns or soft -kaiser rolls, split

  1. + Directions : Prepare the burgers according to their recipe, replacing ice water, steak sauce or milk with 1/3 cup of the salsa. Add the chili powder, cumin and cilantro to the ground meat mixture. Serve the finished burgers on buns topped with cheese, lettuce and remaining salsa. Per serving: 134 calories, 5 g carbohydrate, 10 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 345 mg sodium.
