  1. 4 c Cauliflower Pieces, fresh

  2. 1/3 c Vegetable Oil

  3. 2 tb Cider Vinegar

  4. 1/2 ts Dried Dill

  5. Pn White Pepper, ground

  1. Steam the cauliflower until it is just crisp-tender.

  2. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Stir to coat.

  4. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

  5. If made in advance, refrigerate after marinating for 1 hour.

  6. Serves 6
